Probably you have written down an incorrect e-mailaddress. Please sent us again a e-mail with your correct e-mailaddress and we will answer you as soon as possible. Maybe because of your computer security our mail is in your junkbox. Add our e-mailadress as a save sender.

- Can I return goods when I am not satisfied?
Custom made goods can not be returned. Only in some expectional cases we will allow a returning of goods. If we have given an agreement on return, you can return the order to us, for living in Holland. If you are living outside Holland we will not accept returns.

The returning period is 7 days after you received the order. If we received the goods too late, we will not except the goods anymore.

- What is the delivery time?
The delivery time of a party dress is four weeks. The delivery time of a wedding dress is five to six weeks. The delivery time of custom made suits is five to six weeks. During holidays the delivery time can be a little bit longer.

Deliveries within one week is only possible when the dress is in stock.

The delivery takes such a long time, because all our clothes are made by hand, with even handmade embroidery.

- How can I pay?
Party clothes you can pay with a one time credit, by Paypal or Cash on Delivery (only in Holland) For wedding dresses and custom made clothes 50% must be paid in advance with a one time credit, credit card or by paypal. The other 50% can be paid cash on delivery (in Holland). Outside Holland 100% must be paid in advance.

- How do I wash the dress?
Use gentle delicate washer setting, slow agitation or reduced wash time. Maximum water temperature 85F - 30C. Wash the dress inside-out. Do not tumble dry, line dry/hang to dry - hang damp from line or bar and allow to dry. Iron using low temperature setting, iron slightly wet dress on reverse site only with iron towel.

Only for ordering Cash on Delivery we charge 13,50 Euro.
